SAMS Sea Farm Pty Ltd (SAMS) is the second largest holder of Southern Bluefin Tuna (SBT) quota and one of largest farmers of SBT in the pristine ocean waters off Port Lincoln, South Australia, Australia.

With over 40 years of combined experience in the Tuna industry the board of directors includes Sime Sarin (Chairman) and Alastair McLachlan (Managing Director).

Employing up to 115 dedicated workers and 7 vessels, SAMS operations focus on the ranching of wild caught SBT, purse seining local sardines to feed the SBT and processing SBT into fresh, frozen and value added products (loins) for the sashimi markets of the World.
